I am way too slow in getting through games. I feel like I've put a good amount of time in Nier already buit I still haven't even completed the first playthrough. Granted I have been getting sidetracked by sidequests but my friend who got it the same I did has already completely beaten the thing. Oh well, nothing wrong with taking my time to enjoy a game I suppose, though I really do have a backlog I'd love to at least dent before Persona 5 takes up a few months of my gaming life.

From what I've heard, Taro went the opposite route in telling completionists this time around by making it so you can buy all the trophies you missed at the end of the game thus rendering them meaningless

 Square literally added a note after you beat Nier 2 for the first time that tells you to keep playing. They Missy have been scared people would think they just got a really short game

I wonder if they have stats that show way too many people stopped playing after getting the first ending in the first Nier and Drakengard 3

Or am I making that up According to the stats on psn there's like an 8% difference between ending a and b in Drakengard 3 and about a 10% difference in Nier so since people did stop after beating the game once but not that many.
