I don't understand why I can't harass people online. Seriously, somebody please explain why I shouldn't be allowed to stalk others on social media!

Depends where you're from I guess. Where I grew up we don't randomly say hi to people or wave at them walking down the street like weird parts of New England or the Midwest or whatever.
