You will never sell enough to be comfortable or maybe stay open. The location you'd need to get passers-by and foot traffic will cost more than you'll be able to afford selling books. It is a dying model and there is no reason anyone should buy from you when they can get on Amazon or download a book. Sure, there are some people that "just like books" but it's not enough. You will die alone and unloved if you do this.
