I can't help feeling like the new movie's gonna suck. You can only retell the same story so many times before it gets stale.

With modern CGI effects and all that poo poo they'll show you the alien every chance they get for brand recognition and to try and wow you with its spectacle, when one of the best things about the original movie is that they barely show you it at all thanks to it being a dude in a rubber suit. Also, great, they're reprising Fassbender's yawn-inducing android to tie this in with Prometheus for some ungodly reason.
