I didn't see the segments after the second musical guest spot. The show had been such a poo poo... uhm... shitshow... that I decided to go outside and take advantage of the rare clear night with OK-ish seeing. I had aligned my telescope with the EQ mount earlier in the evening, and by about 11:50 PM Central, Jupiter was easily high enough for me to observe. I'm pretty sure I got as many giggles looking at the Bringer of Jollity as I would have watching the last part of the show. Boooo, SNL. Just... just booo.

Isn't it a theory in their worldview that men who are feminists are just "pathetic beta cucks" who are doing it to score? I think sometimes the SNL writers need to step back from a skit and pick out the core message that they're trying to get across. If it's unfocused or punching down, maybe take the skit for another revision. Especially this show, when they had a couple weeks off to make something good.
