Best theory: Jack recovers his sword, partners with Ashi and kills Aku in the past. They both go through the Guardian's portal to the past and kill Aku in the past. Jack marries Ashi, they have lots of little samurai babies, and they all live happily ever after despite Goons being a bunch of angsty Negative Nancy's.

I'm trying to find the episode where Jack goes underwater and the local fishpeople serve him food, and Jack exclaims "SUSHI!" He was just so dang happy to find some tasty raw fish and soy sauce.

A hundred new posts, eh? I imagine at least 3/4 of them are salty at the Jashi thing... *opens thread* Yyyyyyyyep. Add me to the "I enjoyed this episode" crowd. It was lighthearted and cheesy as all get out, and Dean Martin's Everybody Loves Somebody ending made me laugh aloud.

I enjoyed the ending. I knew it would be rushed as all hell, but I am greatly satisfied by the ending. Though a little sad that Jack didn't get to live happily ever after...
