I'm curious if a scan using http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/tdsskiller/ finds anything. But you've used a lot of scanning programs and this one seems persistent. It's been a few weeks so you might try the latest versions of those programs (if they've been updated). But it's getting to the point where I'd be considering a full format.
