I wish it was easier to tell how many points you need to rank up a social stat but I guess part of the fun is just trying until it does. I've been trying to grind up Charm so I can talk to the shogi girl, I'm gonna be one suave motherfucker by the end

Had to stop playing midway thru the fourth dungeon last night due to work but, I'm loving it. I might kick the difficulty up to hard depending how the rest of the run goes The SP accessories definitely help a lot, with the most expensive ones a lot of the time you'll regain more SP in a turn than you use.
