Some fun facts from the write-up: - Gladstone Gander is a half-goose, half-duck. - The reason the father of Huey, Dewey and Louie isn't included in the family tree is because Archibald Goose accidentally spilled coffee on his file. - The reason the father of April, May and June hasn't been included in the family tree is because like his son Gus, Archibald Goose is notoriously lazy. It was actually the Dutch Donald Duck magazine that pulled April, May and June out of obscurity. They were introduced by Carl Barks in 1952 but used very sporadically, and pretty much forgotten by the end of the decade. In 1998 the illustrators for the Donald Duck magazine wanted to make stories that were more appealing to young girls, and after some wrangling they finally got permission from Disney to run with updated designs, which were quickly adopted by other Donald Duck magazines in Europe:  They also vastly expanded and modernised the lore of the girls, including putting them in the Red Riding Hood Brigade, a counterpart to the nephews' Junior Woodchucks. The stories with the three girls were so successful that the publisher for the Donald Duck magazine in The Netherlands eventually started a separate, more girl-focused magazine named after Daisy Duck.
