This is a recurring meme/peeve on the internet and I do not understand it. I've had plenty of coworkers microwave fish and nothing has happened? What is it supposed to do that is bad?

My work place has something fish based available every other day. Mostly soups and casseroles, but occasionally there's fish sauces too..
