From that little bit, it gave me some spicy wolf vibes in that it involves bantering travelers slowly building a relationship in medieval fantasy world, though the stakes are more calamitous than the personal drama of spicy wolf. It's deece, I like the Mc tiger dude's attitude toward things, though it's mostly kept in his thoughts. Of course, with 7 volumes out I don't know if the little I read is representative of the whole thing.

Amazon subs for Bahamut 2 are out. I didn't know if I would like a new MC as much as the one from season 1, but the girl with uncontrollable thirst is cool. Now that I've seen it I can say you can proooobably watch it without having seen the first season, but aside from the MC and one other one, every character in the first episode is a returning one. And this series strongest point is it's characters.

How quick did crunchyroll usually put out their simulcasts after the original broadcast. Cause Amazon took a good 5 hours and it was really bugging me.

Amazon was much faster in putting out Zero Mahou compared to Bahamut, just an hour delay from the original broadcast. Hope it keeps up that speed. Zero Mahou itself is a fine adaptation, it cuts out a lot of the exposition and gets going much faster than the LN. Not sure if that would make the mechanism of the world more confusing but a quicker pace is fine. Maybe a little is lost without full access to the MCs irreverent thoughts. Also, this being animation there's a more constant reminder that yes, this is a furry guy.
