I've had a Tempur-pedic mattress for years. It is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. As it is essentially really expensive memory foam, it is hot as balls if you sleep warmly at all. Doesn't bother me unless it's the summer and I'm not running the A/C. Doesn't seem to make sex any more difficult, just quieter.
