To provide some perspective of a "not MonHun player", I found Touki2 to be pretty enjoyable. I've only played on PS4 (and plan to play on PC at release), but the action felt fairly smooth. What little I've played of MonHun always made me feel like I was paying a tax for playing with ranged weaponry, where I was never as efficient or functional as some nerd whaling with a longsword, but the rifle feels pretty good in terms of almost sniper-ish gameplay with how the weak points work. Hopefully, being KOEI-TECMO, the PC port is good!
