It's never outright stated how it happened, and it implies to me (indirectly, by Todoroki's fondness for her) that she did it by accident while frustrated.

I mean, the bottom line is how Todoroki actually feels about it all. If he wholeheartedly forgives her, then that is it, isn't it?

Imagine if the whole festival was just a tournament to begin with and now be thankful it only got kinda uninspired at the very end.

Not that he isn't doing interesting things with the tourney, but good god I agree with the complaintant that tournaments are done to death and thus seem to be a last resort for lack of imagination for where to go. At least we had a racing course and a tri-horse to mix it up a bit.

Also the actual character development is bloody spot on.

Well, uh, I meant pogs have a direct link to fish & sticks, but played with rocks, and yo-yos were used as weapons at one point.

But I dunno about spinners.

As much as this is Horikoshi's fault for designing her outfit this way, he probably didn't have a say in how the scenes were directed, so I'm willing to chalk it up to someone at Bones loving it up.

It was unnecessary and gratuitous fanservice and kind of undermined the actual story going on, but that's all that can be said on the matter. I get it is important to call these things out when they happen, but I dunno what we're exactly supposed to do otherwise on here besides all nod in agreement that it was bad with a few devil's advocates that go "no, underage boobs are actually good" and then someone brings up Mineta and the discussion just gets more toxic, because he's a bad character.

He also gets poo poo on all of the time for his lovely behavior, but yeah, I get it.

Ochako's actual power seems to not be nullify gravity, but reversing it. Nullified gravity on an interplanar scale, or even a galactic scale would be, uh, painful. You'd likely just create a black hole from the mass you'd be compressed into.
