Do we really need the Ottomans in quick? It might antagonize the British, and the only benefit is them maybe harassing the Serbs we already have under control. I guess technically they can threaten the Russians through the Caucuses too but ehhhh I'd still rather keep the money/ships.

IF it antagonizes the English I'm still a "no" vote, because every extra day we can stay unblockaded is a little treasure. If it doesn't I guess we can go for it. Is it possible to take advantage of the window we still have of open seas to build up a stockpile of important things? E: that's a good point, what's 500 funds worth?

E: ^^^ Also that ^^^ I mean, there was no way they were gonna tolerate German continental hegemony, Belgium was just a convenient excuse. Still, without violating someone's neutrality it doesn't really make sense for them to jump in this early - I think they'd only do that if it was obvious France was starting to lose.

Yeah the Russians are at 78, not 75. IIRC, once they do hit 75, then they start losing NM every turn that it's not above 75, and as you can imagine this rapidly death-spirals into the Revolution. It's not instant, though, and they can theoretically pull out of the tailspin by powering through and somehow getting their NM back above 75 to stop the bleeding.

So how has the UK not crumbled under a storm of Syndicalist revolutionaries shouting "break the chains!" yet? 75% rebel alignment seems horrific but apparently Dread Lord Kitchner can just ignore it completely? I remember someone saying that rebels don't affect the AI earlier in the thread, is that true?
