Besides the obvious advantage in men there's also a HUGE disparity in Romanov's airplane numbers vs your own. Maybe if you pump up your planes it'll help even things out? Also where are the Zeppelins?! Did I miss them? How can you be WW I Germany without giant terror-bombing Zeppelins over London?
