If I'm angry about a situation, the best thing is to take some sort of positive action towards changing that situation. One time during middle school p.e. someone threw a basketball at my head, and I decided the best option was to turn around and land a haymaker on the cinderblock wall. My teacher told me I should've just punched the kid.
