i didn't have any trouble remembering the cast, although in fairness i struggled with the manga at first due to the way the author drew characters early on, and conversely i'm now going through this part of the story for a second time but how could anyone forget the hero of the story, sasha?!

Also didn't the woman who got pushed off the wall just before Ymir cause a flash of titan lightning, too? So presumably everyone's ending up like that.

We're past the point I read up to, I can speculate now.  I don't actually have anything useful to contribute, the only thing I was going to make guesses about was Ymir's background and origin, then I stopped myself because I wasn't sure I hadn't read that stuff, and then the show covered it anyways. But I look forward to having no idea what's going on.
