The ED is nightmarish in the best way. The music and imagery combined is just really offputting.

It seems to me more that she just got their attention with her scream, just like a human making noise would draw their attention. The Titans seem to be drawn to Annie and friends just like they're drawn to humans, so they saw her and chowed down.
