Some of the NPC phantoms they added for Scholar and the DLCs are pretty fun like that. A few of them will screw with you like a player would, and it's hilarious.

double nine posted:could you give an example of an npc screwing with you? The name will suffice. Granted I am thinking of the invaders, but a specific example that springs to mind is Holy Knight Aurheim. Maldron the Assassin is another. Edit: I'm not sure how much of a spoiler just the names of a couple NPC phantoms is, but I'll put 'em behind a tag regardless. KeiraWalker fucked around with this message at 13:39 on Apr 25, 2017 |

The Dragonrider Bow is pretty great and I'm glad Geop picked it up. It is my go-to bow in this game. It eats a lot of stamina per shot, but its attack power is second only to a greatbow, pretty much.

magikid posted:I'll probably enjoy them more in retrospect, because the sheer difficulty wall burned me out so hard I can't fathom going back yet. Don't ever try to play DS3's DLCs, because good lord have I got a case study for you on difficulty walls.

Anime Reference posted:Dude was definitely not showing the mace enough respect. The mace is what lightning weapons were to DkS. It'll just tear through absolutely everything in the game once you get a feel for it.
