people will always defend what they've grown up with, so good luck with getting an american to agree that double-height enter key is the best

but since all of europe's layouts use double-height i guess that's the variant that's most common..(?)

weird fact: the scandinavian mile is 10 km and is a very common informal unit of measure to use.

it has never hit me that this is unique to scandinavia

to fall in the same trap as the americans, why isn't this the default mile everywhere
