Obviously they can't check every single video uploaded a day but I really do think they could hire someone to check out a channel when it has nearly a million subscribers, gets 3 million views a video and receives thousands of child abuse flags a day. Hell the video from Jan this year that caused a stink had the father push the 7 year old into a book shelf as well as the screaming.

It seems the only reports that ever get acted upon are copyright claims, wonder why that is.
Going way back to this, they just lost custody of two of the kids, including the one who caught the brunt of the "pranks"
