There's more than an interview. They want you to teleconference into a few informational lectures so every member already has an ideological background. I was like, "hey, some good info on Marxism and Lenin." Topics I was excited for since I knew very little. Nah, it was a history lesson on Stonewall There is remarkably little Marxism in the Marxist-Leninist party.
