Tucker is the one player, above all others, I don't want the Astros to trade. Fisher is...replaceable, but man, he could easily be the starting LF this year. If the Cubs keep starting Schwarber, why can't the Astros deploy Fisher?

Problem is...that's at least what it will take to get a #3 pitcher. Someone like Cole, Quintana, etc. will cost more than that. And I'm not sure it's worth it. Edit: Nah, we aren't getting a good starter without parting with at least Tucker or Fisher.

Yeah, but he's quite far away. That devalues him a little bit compared to Tucker and especially Fisher. Fisher can be sold as ready to be plugged into RF tomorrow.

Oh, certainly, he hasn't impressed anyone yet. But he's got time to turn it around, and to be fair to him, has been improving lately. I'm just extremely salty about Jon Singleton and AJ Reed. We aren't allowed to have a nice 1B.

Yeah...that's the team's critical problem. We have a fantastic 1-2, but...what the gently caress do you do for the other three games? I'd say have a Peacock/Morton combo for our #3 and McHugh for one game...but it's not an easy decision to make.
