What do you guys think about Jordan Howard this year?

In my goon keeper league, I have DJ for $11, Howard for $6, and Zeke for like $55.

I could replace any of those with Nuk for like $25.

Yeah there's a distinct possibility his form is still borked. Just wait and take a kicker at the very end like a regular person.

It was a very strange feeling as a Pats fan last year to watch Gostkowski.

That missed PAT in the SB was just brutal, and kind of a microcosm of the season for him. I really hope he turns it around. So strange to lose it so suddenly.

loving Zeke man. :(

Should I be rethinking my keepers?

We can keep 3. Auction, budget $200.

I will keep DJ for $15, and Jordan Howard for $6.

I was going to keep Zeke for $60. Now I think I may be able to redraft him around that price.

Other options:

Tyreek Hill - $5
Nuk Hopkins - $22
Davante Adams - $5

Thoughts?

I did a pubbie draft as kind of a mock in prep for my real drafts. I went against what I normally do (I normally wouldn't take a QB high, wouldn't take a TE high, and definitely wouldn't draft 2 QBs) to see how it would play out, and surprisingly (to me) I think this team is actually pretty good:

It's 4 pts per TD, .5 PPR, 10 team league.

He (auto)drafted both Brady and Rodgers. He refused an offer of Cook for Brady last week.

It's a work league, so I see him every day. He's pretty good at fantasy (barring this year's autodrafted monstrosity), and he's a hardass. So if I stand pat and his team sucks, that would be ok too.

He's currently starting McCaffrey, Carson, AEllington (Flex), with DThomas and Hogan at WR.

Since you work with him, the best way to make something happen is to get him talking. Find out who he likes on your team and no matter what he says, act like you are giving up too much.

There's a good chance he's high on someone you are low on. You could always try getting an extra player out of him to make it work if he has other pieces you like.

I declined his offer and told him he could have Diggs or Martin, but not both. Also that I'd throw in Abdullah and KBenjamin too. He hasn't responded yet.

I win even if he doesn't take any trade from me. The only way I lose is if he trades one of them to someone else. But last I heard, he was firing off trade offers of Brady for everyone's first rounders, so yeah...

He ended up wanting to do Rodgers for Diggs/KBenjamin. Which is p good, but it would only leave me with two WR on my roster. If one of them got hurt (or both!) I would be in a really bad position WR-wise...
