I disagree with that assessment, mostly because Kings are built to do MTB style drop ins even in road form - the current R45's have outlasted two frames and three rims, which is not unusual for Ck's at all. CK's are designed to take the kind of punishment that is inflicted when you do MTB style dropins. That's an indication they are built for people like me who arent 40kgs and hammer the poo poo out of their bikes daily - I'm not alone in breaking the bike well before the hubs even blink.

I think the car has stepped up in pace and we have found out we cant run second hand driveshafts anymore :/ The bigger brakes have allowed KB to drive faster and hence working the suspension a lot harder.. and hence more movement. Thence more stress on driveshafts
