I had a similarly high score with no prep, and I had a Colombian guy in my basic training flight who literally could not read or write English. He could speak it well enough, and eventually guessed his way to success on the one multiple choice test we took. And even he, presumably, scored above the 31st percentile on the ASVAB. Good to know that the Army maintained its existing standards for its first female infantry soldier.
