Like any ranked list, this one was difficult to create. First, the line defining RPGs has grown blurry over the years, encompassing more than turn-based battles and experience-driven leveling. Second, our staff is passionate about RPGs, and many arguments were had over various games’ inclusion and exclusion – not to mention the specific numbered placement. Where will your favorites fall?
