We do have a constitution, it just isn't in one ancient document. Instead it is a collection of various laws, treaties, court rulings etc.

I thought we had it. Remember the South Canterbury Finance collapse and the investors being paid out. Despite Treasury repeatedly informing the government they were in breach of the conditions and should be kicked out.
