A PI bird thread regular bought it and then an admin changed it to a slightly bigger version. It's from a set of budgie stickers on Facebook, and it's for when you're stoked. That's pretty much it.

They do grow back but once plucking starts it can be hard to stop, even if the bird is rehomed. Poor neurotic babies.

If the plucking is chronic enough it'll also damage the follicles to the point where the feathers can't grow back anymore.
