Jericho and Cena are similar, in that they're capable of delivering both amazing, as well as terrible promos. Usually they're terrible when they try to do comedy and fail. I think Jericho has the advantage when it comes to truly memorable promos, as well as the ability to successfully re-invent himself multiple times, so he has my vote.
