Dallas and philly are in unusual positions because of how far they leaped up the draft. They might as well bring up whomever they draft because burning a year of the ELC doesn't really matter when they're in the middle of their windows.

the coyotes desperately need right shooting forwards and not so much defensive centermen with dvorak being good, richardson coming back, and hanzal able to re-sign. their right shot forward depth is vrbata/doan/pulkkinen/jooris and that's it
