Got my poo poo in February when people in my local scene could purchase it in October. You're right, it's not a store. It turns out waiting for a store to stock it would've hurried the whole process along by a third of a year. They made the call to ship to retail before most backers had their poo poo. They had perfectly rational reasons for doing it, and backers are perfectly reasonable in being pissed about it.
