Yeah but again it's only 50 kilobytes per second, and only if you're playing on a computer that can do really fast framerates in the first place. That's a 400 kilobit upload speed, which isn't even legally considered broadband in most countries these days (they usually want services advertised as broadband to provide somewhere between 1 a 4 megabits upload bandwidth at minimum).

A connection that can't manage that is likely to be too high latency or outright inconsistent to be usable for modern gaming anyway, it's really no big deal for a game like this.
