Your carrier is actually the giantest robot? Does it, like, lose carrier abilities when it's in that form or something?

"Why are you so strong" is not a question to expect to be asked of a protagonist-side mech in an SRW game. Given the nature of the poo poo you usually end up fighting.

IMO, NGE has way overstayed its welcome in SRW. It tends to dominate the overarching story in a way that just isnt novel anymore, and in a way none of the other mainstays do.
And the worst of it is it doesnt really have fallible or human villains, such that the SRW team can't really change how they act and react around significantly, just characters that go through the same developments game after game.

Also im tired of the word script and the goddamn dead sea scrolls

I like how Kaoru seems to recognize he's in... what is this, like, the fifth remake?

You have to wonder what goes through the minds of people who kidnap Relena. "Sure," they think, "everyone else who's tried has had their entire armies wiped out by a single robot, but surely this time will be different."

I like that since the Iczer's story is more personal they can actually get a significant amount of plot mileage out of somebody being cocky at the wrong moment and getting smacked down.
