oh weird I always thought a haleys was a French 75 (gin, lemon juice, simple, and champagne) with st germain
also, my new roommate is a nola-bred bartender and our dish soap dispenser is a repurposed st Germain bottle :3:

it's the best gin that you're almost guaranteed to find in every bar. I think tanqueray is not great and kinda oily somehow
