My vote as well. And let's get those mining satellites up and running. I'm also voting to reassign Dr. Zhivenkov to a science vessel to try and get a scientist for Engineering with a research mod. And as far as where to survey next, I don't really care about the order so long as we survey the systems in our borders first because we can't build resource-collecting satellites outside our borders.
