I couldn't do much better than a McJob until I got lucky in 2012. Things have been great since, but holy poo poo graduating at the worst time to do so in ~100 years was not cool. I graduated in '08 but immediately started my career out of college and have been making it rain everywhere I go since. It did take me 7 years to finish my bachelors degree, though. Making that Little Caesars cheddar allowed me to have no student loans/debt. I guess I don't see myself as a millennial though.

Like it wasn't even his, just someone in the crowd passed it and he took a hit. Denied. Him being dumb enough to admit this might be the real reason he was denied. There was one guy who molested his daughter and he still got clearance.

It's complete arbitrary based on your case worker. I've had friends who did a looooooot of poo poo and ended up with clearance. I had quite a few things as well, and got mine. Some people have minor infractions and get rejected.
