I would see him maybe once a week for a meeting, going over her progress, etc. He was really interested. It was neat, but not necessarily translatable to other businesses. But drat, did I meet a lot of important people in that sphere. I regret not networking more while I was over there. They might remember you, why not ask for a job? Sounds like an interesting country to work in (maybe a little too interesting.) And employers in Nigeria probably wouldn't know that your business school is seen as low prestige in the States.
