In this game (BeAGM mode specifically), it adheres to the AHL/CHL rule where if you come from a CHL team and are under 20 years old, and don't make the NHL, you go back to your CHL team. Effectively removing you from the game for the entire season. Unfortunately no standings, stats, etc. You just go into a holding pattern for a season. Since Ogilthorpe, Potetson, Dundee, etc were not on a CHL team, they don't have to follow that rule, and can stay in the AHL. It's too late to make any changes for upcoming drafts, so you're stuck with what you picked at the beginning.

Meanwhile the central looks pretty much exactly what you would expect it to look like. Hockles was the first draft year pretty stacked? Some goons went as low as third round meanwhile this one looks to have everyone going first round.

It's hard to say, because prospects come in with ratings in the 50s-70s. The game never populates rookies that are "Rookie ready" with OVRs that would let them make the NHL right away.

Even through these sims. I believe the AHL leader in this season had 220ish PIM. They took out game misconducts, and cut down on fighting, so I'm pretty sure that helped knock those numbers down. In real life, the AHL leader had 149 PIM, and the NHL leader had 154. So, it's not too far off reality. e: I said points...
