Finally caught up through episode 5 of the current season. I read the books back in 2009, back when it was still nerdy and shameful. Eight years later, EIGHT GODDAMN YEARS LATER, I finally get to see dragon napalm all over masses of troops. Also I loved the part where Bronn leans way over in his saddle and chops off the Dothraki horse's leg. That's probably the closest we'll get to the section in book 4 about him lancing a horse in a joust duel.

Eh? No, the horse joust kill was in book 4.quote:It took the rest of the flagon before the queen was finally able to coax the whole sad tale out of Lady Falyse. Once she had, she did not know whether to laugh or rage. “Single combat,” she repeated. Is there no one in the Seven Kingdoms that I can rely upon? Am I the only one in Westeros with a pinch of wits? “You are telling me Ser Balman challenged Bronn to single combat?”

Finally saw the last episode of season 7. The only thing I'm excited about for the final season is Cleganebowl. That, and having some goddamn closure finally.
