Probations without reasons on the rap sheet are meaningless. Look at Wasabi The J's rap sheet. Convicted child molestors don't have to wear Scarlett Letters that big.

The best part of probating someone is writing the reason. You do a lot of empty probations, it's not as aesthetically pleasing to the common simians eyes.
