It looks like everything is still in a .DAT though. Edit: You might be poo poo out of luck for *sounds* as it seems it works more like a MIDI and creates the sounds on the fly during runtime based on samples in the sound chip. Music should exist somewhere. I don't know any Japanese so digging through the files and references is extra fuckin' fun! What is the actual name of this game anyway? Honestly after looking at it, cutting the music out with a hex editor might be harder than just hitting "play" and running it through loopback.
