The Days Gone presentation was definitely the most Terminally Boring one of the show. Crouchwalking through a big greybrown forest with batman vision and zombies is my idea of purgatory.

hosed up how much I enjoyed Peace Walker. Hands down my most-played MGS game by a total landslide, just loved everything about it. The artstyle, the mechs, the strangelove-rear end story, the base building, it's so cool. By extension I ended up loving 5 because it's more of the same kind of thing. The other MGS games are undoubtedly better in all kinds of ways. But in terms of the amount of fun I had with the series, nothing else comes close. I also like Ghost Babel, so I guess my brain doesn't work.

I had the best time with Minish Cap and Twilight Princess. Don't know why, I'm not good at analysing games, I just liked their respective stories and artstyles I guess.

Not playing games is the best licence you could have to complain about them online. Boys do it all the time, girls are just better at it.

Zaggitz posted:For some reason SA refuses to load on chrome at work anymore so I'm stuck using firefox. I'm at the third dungeon now. It's simple fun, like Animal Crossing mixed with Final Fantasy Chrystal Chronicles. Levelling up the oasis has a really satisfying amount of presentation to it. It's cool how much of a buff you get when you keep your townspeople happy, I can imagine the game being a nightmarishly hard if you only concentrate on the combat side of things. My only gripe is that It's annoying having to keep returning to town just to change up the party/skills. You have to do it often in order to complete later puzzles.

The only Senran game I played was some rhythm cooking one, it was surprisingly fun and had a ton of care put into its presentation. I don't know if any of the characters were 100,000,000 years old but trapped in the body of a 12 year old though, so maybe I should be reluctant to admit I liked it.

FirstAidKite posted:"a ton of care put into its presentation" is certainly one way of putting it Though I'm legit curious what you found enjoyable about it because when I saw the gameplay, it didn't look like a good rhythm game and the people that were playing for the visuals would likely not be able to concentrate on those anyway because of the rhythm game thing. FirstAidKite posted:Also yeah as far as the cast goes, a good half of them are in the 15-16 range so given what the rhythm game involves doing, that gets pretty gross.
