Anything MIL-H-5606 spec will work in a Pentosin system. Pentosin is closer to Aviation Hydraulic Fluid than standard ATF fluid.

It takes less than 5 minutes to pull the radiator and swap it. Better than having to put the car in the service position and pull the core support.
