The retrievable squirrels went in the truck bed, but some still lingered in the limbs. I miss squirrels.  Nowadays the neighbor kids have taken to shooting songbirds with pellet guns. Not to eat, as they're doing far better than anyone else in town financially and all, but just for something to do.
