 I'm curious about the term 'DIMMS' myself. I know prices for RAM are going up due to the foundries switching to DDR4, but I don't know how that is relevant to the discussion.

I know they probably mean Democrats, but that already has the shorter abbreviation 'Dems', so it seems weird to invent another one that makes less sense.
