Even better: it would still be a crime but no enforcement or prosecution would be allowed because they don't pay for the police or courts. Also if they drive on public roads their cars are impounded. Also it's illegal for them to employ anyone who enjoys any kind of government benefits because that's corporate welfare interfering with the free market :eng101:
