Since lowtax is already making gaming garbage vids for youtube, why not make that a link on the front page when he makes a new one? I don't "follow" youtube channels or twitter, so I never know if or when a new one is up, but if I saw it on the front page, there is a decent chance I would check it out. As it is now, I have watched exactly one this year, because it was in the announcements at the top of the forums. --------------------------------------------- Also, present byob seems less cliquey and more welcoming, so I like it. Still chill. Fluffy A+ mod. Edit - I've only posted in byob during the Fluffy era, so not meaning anything negative towards previous mods, as I have no experience with that. I just like it here. My most specific memory (and few specifics remain) of those mid-2000's days is not a BYOB one, but I think a GBS one maybe? At some point I saw that the dude who made the Dr. McNinja comic was a goon, and so I privately messaged him, trying to be as courteous as I could in my wasted early 20's, about how I totally enjoyed his work but was also simultaneously kinda disappointed that my yellow "Bandido Riding a Velociraptor" shirt that I had ordered had never arrived. Dude was totally gracious, real nice guy, apologized up and down for my order getting lost in the shuffle. I had my shirt in the mail less than a week later. Some time shortly there after, I went to a party at a friend's house out in the sticks. I had one of those nights that some of my friends still talk about sometimes, and I woke up the next day with both my nose and that shirt just a bloody mess. There are a few stories that could explain how they got wrecked, all are plausible, but to this day I cannot personally confirm any one as being the cause. And that is my byob-ish mid-2000's story. I realize that it doesn't actually involve the yob, but I promise I was here most of the time in those days.
