Since I'm assuming from the Carnage part you have a bio sub, I'd use the tickets on one of Enchantress, Agent Vernon, or Kid Kaiju. Enchantress is probably strongest of the 3 at T1 but KK would help diversify your roster with a male speed hero.

T2 Magnetmon is definitely awesome -- just easymode rolled iThanos with him for the second week in a row. That said, I think mega tickets are mostly wasted on him because he comes at 6* out of the box and the xmen epic quests throw huge chunks of his bios at you. Mega Mastery can help because shards are scarce at the beginning. But I used a vanilla T2 ticket on him and with epic quests 90% complete (stuck on 1000 mk crystals) I am sitting on 225 spare bios that will just wind up as Jean food. How much of an improvement is Iron Spider over Hobo Spidey? More or less of a boost than AOA Wolverine or IW Proxima over vanilla?
